1 c. chopped, uncooked chicken (1/2
lb.)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 sm. minced garlic clove
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
3 c. hot, cooked rice

Preparation:
Cook chicken, onions, peppers, celery and garlic in large skillet over medium high heat, 3-4 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients, except rice. Bring to a full boil, reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered, about 10 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
