Ingredients2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen sm. shrimp
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2-4 jalapeno peppers, diced
Preparation:
In top of double boiler melt cream cheese. Cook shrimp according to package, drain and dice. Add shrimp and all ingredients to melted cheese. Use 2 whole jalapenos to start. Cook slow on low in double boiler for 40 minutes, at least for flavor to develop. Taste. Add dash salt, more garlic salt and jalapenos if desired. Good for freezing. Recipe can be doubled. Always use double boiler. If too thick thin with milk. Serve with chips.

Ingredients1 to 1 1/2 Uneeda biscuits, crumbled
Lemon juice, real squeezed, to taste
2 sticks butter, melted
Parsley
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation:
Clean shrimp (cook with shells on). Grease the pan with butter. Split open backside of shrimp and take out vein. Put stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with hot melted butter.

Ingredients1/2 to 1 lb. of shrimp
3/4 c. walnut halves
1 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
Dash of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation:
This is quick (2 minutes), so prepare up front! Mix soy sauce and honey in a cup. Shell shrimp. Heat oil in a pan or wok to near smoking heat. Put in walnuts and sesame seed. When these start to brown (and smell good) throw in the shrimp and cook these to complete pinkness. Pour in the honey, soy mixture and stir the whole thoroughly to coat everything. Serve immediately, with rice.

Ingredients2 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp
1 lg. tomato, cut in wedges
2 tbsp. minced green onions
1/3 c. tomato style French dressing
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) pineapple chunks
3/4 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced, peeled cucumber
Crisp salad greens
Preparation:
Combine shrimp, tomato and onions in large bowl. Pour dressing over all. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain pineapple well. Toss pineapple chunks, celery and cucumber slices with shrimp mixture. Serve on crisp salad greens. Makes 4-6 servings.

Ingredients2 lbs. lg. or extra lg. raw shrimp in
shells
Salt
Garlic powder
Paprika
Black pepper
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
Preparation:
Wash shrimp well and drain. Place shrimp flat in oven proof dish or pan. Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika and cover with plenty of black pepper. Dab shrimp with 1/2 pound butter or oleo. Place in heated oven, 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn shrimp and re-season. DO NOT add oleo or butter. Leave in oven 15 additional minutes. Serve with French bread to dip into butter mixture. Serves 2 to 6.

Ingredients1 1/2 lb. lg. shrimp (in shell)
2 cloves garlic
1 scallion
1 lemon
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation:
Peel and devein shrimp. Mince the garlic and chop scallion. Squeeze 2 tablespoons juice from lemon. Heat butter and oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt. Saute, stirring until shrimp turns pink (3-4 minutes). Stir in lemon juice and scallions. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. 4 servings.
