Ingredients8 graham crackers into crumbs
1/2 c. melted reduced calorie margarine
TOPPING:
1 pkg. diet strawberry gelatin
4 c. fresh strawberries
2 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
10 pkg. artificial sweetener
1 c. whipped topping
Preparation:
Mix and pat into bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and cool. Put strawberries in pie plate and sprinkle on 2 packages of sweetener. Set aside. Add gelatin to 2 1/2 cups of water and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add 8 packages of sweetener. Stir. Pour over strawberries. Chill in refrigerator. Before serving, spread whipped topping on top.

Ingredients3 c. cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
1 lb. cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp (slice lg. shrimp in half lengthwise)
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cream style prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation:
Combine rice, shrimp, celery and green onions in large mixing bowl. Blend mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish, mustard, and hot sauce. Add to rice mixture. Toss and salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaf. Garnish with lemon wedge and parsley.

Ingredients1 c. chopped onion
5 cloves minced garlic16 oz. ground turkey
Salt and pepper to taste1 can Italian tomatoes, chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil leaves2 c. cottage cheese (blended slightly in blender)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation:
Add ingredients and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Cook noodles and 6 ounces lasgna noodles according to directions. Layer noodles, tomato mixture, cottage cheese mixture and 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese, ending with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. 9 servings.

Ingredients1/2 c. lemon juice or 4 lemons
9 tsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz. chicken breast
Preparation:
Marinate chicken breast in lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Pam. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cover chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Put chicken pieces in pan and cook until brown, 50 to 55 minutes.

1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. orange peel–For 1 cup dry mix:–16 tbsp. tea or 1 c.

6 tsp. orange peel
Preparation:
Measure 1 teaspoon. Add 1 cup boiling water. Let stand for 1 minute. Strain. Add sweetener. Low calorie. Makes 12 cups.
