Ingredients4 oz. tuna
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tbsp. brown sugar replacement
1 tbsp. green pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. catsup or 1/2 c. tomato sauce or 3/4 c. tomato juice
Preparation:
Simmer together 15 minutes. Low calorie.

Ingredients1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese, small curd
1 lb. shrimp, boiled, deveined & chopped
2 eggs, boiled
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika
Preparation:
Mix together cottage cheese and chopped shrimp. Peel eggs and mash until fine. Mix with cottage cheese and shrimp. Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with paprika for color. Arrange sliced tomato over top of shrimp mixture. Serve with crackers and beverages. Serves 6.

4 oz. cooked peas & carrots
1/2 med. green pepper, chopped

Place ingredients in oven proof baking dish and bake in oven until warm. Low calorie.

Ingredients2 tbsp. real butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 1/2 tsp. snipped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation:
Saute minced garlic in butter. Put shrimp in baking dish. Pour garlic and butter over shrimp. Sprinkle on parsley. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Stir in Parmesan. Serve warm. 2-4 servings.

6 oz. boneless, skinless chicken
breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 med. potatoes, quartered
2 carrots, cut in chunks
2 turnips, quartered
2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
1 med. onion, quartered
1/2 tsp. chicken broth granules
1/2 c. water
Preparation:
Spray pressure cooker pan with cooking spray. Brown chicken evenly on all sides in cooker. Remove chicken. Put rack in. Add all ingredients on top of rack. Secure cover and make sure pressure gauge is in place; bring cooker to pressure according to instructions, then time cooker for 4 minutes. Cool pressure cooker immediately under cool running water. Calories: 260. Protein: 22 grams. Fat: 4 grams. Cholesterol: 48 mg. Sodium: 362 mg.

Ingredients1 c. cooked or canned shrimp, chopped
1 c. bean sprouts, chopped
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. finely shredded onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 tbsp. dry mustard
Cold water
Vinegar
Preparation:
Combine shrimp, bean sprouts, celery, onion, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar. For batter, combine flour, remaining salt, and 3 beaten eggs. Slowly stir in 1 cup water until a smooth, thin batter is formed. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a 7 inch skillet. Pour in 3 tablespoons of batter. Roll until bottom is covered. Cook until surface sets; slide onto paper towel. Repeat until batter is all used. To fill, place 1 heaping teaspoon of filling off center on one wrapper; fold two sides over. Brush with some of remaining beaten egg; roll. Repeat until all wrappers are filled. Fry in 1 inch of oil at 375 degrees, two at a time, until browned; drain on paper towel. Repeat. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix mustard, water and vinegar for sauce to dip.
